1. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
We kindly request a minimum of 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to accommodate other clients.
Cancellations or reschedules made with less than 48 hours' notice may be subject to a fee of up to 50% of the service cost. No-shows will be charged 100% of the service cost.
2. Service Pricing
All clients are responsible for being aware of the price of services before their appointment. If you have any questions regarding pricing, please consult with your stylist during the booking or prior to starting the service.
You have read the description of each service and booked accordingly. If any clarification is needed, please reach out before your appointment.
3. Late Arrivals
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled, or the service may be adjusted to fit the remaining time. Full service charges will apply.
4.Refunds
Due to the time and labor involved, all services are non-refundable. However, we will gladly make adjustments if you're not satisfied with the outcome within 7 days of your appointment.
5.Before and After Photos
By booking a service, you understand that before and after photos of your hair may be taken for marketing and portfolio purposes.
